You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your account balance or it will be forfeited after 90 days of inactivity. Accounts closed due to gambling problems (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
Accounts with no login activity for 365 consecutive days are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. You will be notified via email before any fees are charged. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and contact customer support.
